A Dream Come True: The Hummingbird Estate Chapel Is Complete!

After months of planning, dreaming, and watching every little detail come together, we are thrilled to announce that construction on our chapel at Hummingbird Estate is officially complete!

What started as a vision has turned into something even more beautiful than we could have imagined, and we couldn't be more excited to finally share this special space with our couples, families, and community.

A Little Chapel with a Lot of Heart

From the very beginning, we wanted our chapel to feel timeless, romantic, and full of charm. A place that feels just as beautiful and meaningful today as it will fifty years from now.

Every detail was thoughtfully chosen to create a space that feels both elegant and welcoming.

From the crisp white exterior and charming bell tower to the beautiful Gothic-inspired windows, the chapel has a character all its own. Inside, the white shiplap walls, warm wood flooring, exposed wooden beams, and beautiful chandeliers create the perfect balance of charm and timeless elegance.

Built for Beautiful Beginnings

While we absolutely love the architecture and design, what excites us most isn't the building itself. It's everything that will happen inside it.

We imagine brides walking through the chapel doors, fathers seeing their daughters in wedding dresses, couples exchanging vows, happy tears, laughter, and the sound of wedding bells ringing across the Estate.

Those are the moments this chapel was built for.

With approximately 3,000 square feet of space, the chapel offers a beautiful indoor ceremony setting while still feeling intimate and personal. And with our open-air pavilion just steps away, couples can enjoy the convenience of celebrating their entire wedding day in one beautiful location.

A Labor of Love

If you've followed along with our construction journey, you know this chapel has been a labor of love.

There have been countless decisions along the way — from choosing the perfect shade of white and the right flooring to finding chandeliers, selecting finishes, and making sure every architectural detail felt just right.

We've watched the walls go up, the windows go in, the beams take shape, and the space slowly transform into the chapel we had envisioned.

And now, standing inside the finished chapel, it's hard not to feel a little emotional.

It's one thing to dream about creating something special. It's another thing entirely to see it come to life.

More Than Just Weddings

Although the chapel was designed with wedding ceremonies in mind, we're excited for it to become a gathering place for so much more.

From intimate celebrations and special events to holiday markets, yoga mornings, community gatherings, and even saying farewell to loved ones, we hope this space becomes part of many wonderful memories.

Our goal has always been for Hummingbird Estate to be more than just a wedding venue. We want it to be a place where people gather, celebrate, connect, and make memories that last a lifetime.

And this chapel is another beautiful piece of that dream.

The Best Is Yet to Come

As we close the chapter on construction, we're opening the door to something even more exciting — all the beautiful moments still to come.

To everyone who has followed along, encouraged us, helped bring this vision to life, or simply shared in our excitement, thank you. We are so grateful.

We can't wait to see this chapel filled with flowers, music, happy tears, and so much love.

The chapel is finished. The bells are ready to ring. And the best part of this story is just beginning.

With love and gratitude,

Sara & the Hummingbird Estate Crew
