At The Hummingbird Estate, we’ve designed our space to offer generous features and amenities ideal for hosting once-in-a-lifetime celebrations. Here are some of our unique and noted features, which have been designed with your ease, comfort, style, and vision in mind:

Indoor & Outdoor
We have indoor venue space for small ceremonies and outdoor space available for up to 200 guests. Or maybe you prefer to set your event up inside and out. We are happy to work with you on a customized layout for your special day.

Bridal Suite and Grooms Quarters
Your wedding day should also be a day to relax and spend time with your wedding party. All rental packages come with access to the oversized Bridal suite and grooms quarters, perfect for large groups.

Overnight Accommodations
Make it a weekend celebration. Have your rehearsal dinner, wedding and morning after brunch all in one space. The Hummingbird Estate has 6 bedrooms, that sleep over 20 guests, and can be rented individually or as a whole.

We believe your wedding should reflect your unique vision—down to every last detail. That’s why we offer an open vendor policy, giving you the freedom to choose the caterers, florists, planners, and creatives you love most. Whether you’re working with seasoned pros or talented friends, we welcome the team that makes your day feel authentically you.

Tables and Chairs Included
Our venue offers 200 white folding resin ceremony chairs and 200 white Chiavari chairs for your reception that are placed around up to 25 round tables. An additional 4 rectangular tables are available to use for extras like your gift table, guest book, etc. We’ve got the details covered!

At The Hummingbird Estate we value creating a space where our couples and their loved ones can be fully present while making memories together. When you book our venue, you get exclusive access to the property – that means we only book one wedding per weekend so you get our full attention, there’s no rushing out the door, and there’s no limit on how you choose to use the property to design your celebration.

One day wedding package
Starting at $6,000
Access to Property:
7am-11pm the day of the event and one hour rehearsal the day prior. Vendors can stay on site until midnight the day of event.
Inquire about discounts for non-Saturday weddings
This package includes day of access to the property starting at 7am. Events must end at 11pm, however vendors can stay on site until midnight for clean up. You may access the property for one hour at a set time the during the week before the event for a rehearsal. Package includes tables and chairs as well as access to the bridal suite and grooms quarters. Bedrooms can be rented for overnight stays at an additional cost.
Weekend wedding
Price starting at $9,000
Access to Property:
Friday at 7 am through Sunday at 3pm. Overnight accommodations included for two nights for over 20 guests.
Spend your wedding weekend in one place. This package gives you access to the venue Friday at 7am through Sunday at 3pm. Spend the day before setting up and host your rehearsal dinner on site to make for a relaxing day on your wedding day. The home includes 6 bedrooms and can sleep over 20 guests.

4 hour access to the property on the day of the event for less than 50 people.
Want a beautiful backdrop for a small intimate wedding, this package is for you. You get 4 hours of access to the property, including the bridal suite. Only for weddings with less than 50 guests.

We have a 200 person maximum capacity for outdoor events. If you want your even to be only inside, we can accommodate around 75.

At this time, we can only accommodate small indoor ceremonies of 75 people or less. All other ceremonies will need to be held outdoors.

The venue rental fee includes access to the property and tables and chairs for your event.

No, we have an open vendor policy and any licensed and insured caterer can be used for the event.

Yes, we have 6 lovely bedrooms that can accommodate 20 plus guests that are available to rent nightly or as a package for the whole wedding weekend.

Yes, we have intimate wedding packages available for small parties.

While we don’t require a coordinator, it is highly recommended that you hire someone to help make your special day run a smoothly as possible. We are strictly a venue and not do coordination.
